By accessing or using QRPixel (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Use of the Service
QRPixel is provided free of charge for personal and commercial use. You may generate an unlimited number of QR codes and use them in any lawful project, including packaging, marketing, products and publications.
Prohibited use
- Using QRPixel to distribute malware, phishing or illegal content.
- Attempting to attack, overload or reverse-engineer the Service.
- Impersonating another person or entity in encoded contact data.
Intellectual property
The QR codes you generate are yours. The QRPixel brand, code and design are owned by QRPixel and protected by copyright and trademark laws.
Disclaimer
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that generated QR codes will scan on every device or remain functional if their target destination changes.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, QRPixel is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
